So long never post...am getting kind of lazy to post. anyway competition is just over, luckily our score is not bad, maybe can get champion i think. the results will come out by tonight. today is maths test, i think this test killed alot of ppl la, since mrs phua told us the test is easier than the revision ws, i never even study and i gg-fied myself. the questions were so hard, and somemore got 1 graph question come out. today first day harris come in and teach, ok la he quite cool, lol i love his pronounciation. ^^

Pc was the sex talk, then mr lee said "Do what I say, DON'T do what I do." LOL damn ownage, then he make it sound so serious and say that he don't want us to walk down the same route as him like he made a big mistake like that lol.

Yesterday got financial lit, I think the trainer not bad sia, i won myself some snack LOL. for anyhow guessing. tomorrow have sc interview, l.a plot quiz. friday have training, and bio pop quiz. what a week!

Yesterday school ended at 10.45 yay! Mr tay treat us ribena, but sadly all the stalls close. actually is most of the stalls. then in the end nothing to eat for recess sia. veri fun lor yesterday, play alot of soccer until 4 then go home le. ._. but got a joke thing happen is that i kick the ball then it stuck on the tree, damn joke sia, then we all keep trying to throw the basketball up the tall tree to get the ball down, and finally lester got it down LOL. it was super hilarious la, then alot of ppl was like pointing to the tree like something major happened.

Then today went for shooting training, stupid kaiting today fever then never go with me. haiz. competition is on wednesday, then only skip half of l.a lecture, sian! anyway today shooting ended early, then i got home and rest. tomorrow is sunday already! then school is starting again. -.- haiz, next week got l.a and maths test. i haven't read macbeth yet. other than that, i'm quite work free ^^ so everyday is dota and more dota.

Recently super busy with IDMI stuff, and 3J tomorrow got LOA..WTH! actually LOA is a stupid idea, since people still go out and watch movies and hang around in shopping malls, the virus will still spread. -.- well, life is unfair. but however, friday end school 10.45! ^^ best sia, coz the principal say that we too sad, so must give us something to celebrate. so tada, we have our 10.45am dismissal!

Tomorrow is oral presentation and yesterday we went to consult mr. ken, he say our film is fine, just that too long, so yulong is cutting abit of it, then the oral presentation and script i dunno what he say coz i late. anyway, today had the MSP quiz thing, then we present about density and inertia, yiqi say he did the script in 15 mins, lol then we also abit sian de. the teacher say good idea, interesting presentation lol WTH. if we get into finals then gg le.

Sian shooting comp is confirmed, next wednesday, and i dont even get to miss any lessons except half an hour of lecture, which is quite stupid. have training on saturday, so yeah, glhf. ORAL PRESENTATION GG.

Today went to watch transformers with IDMI group, our group finish oral presentation and film within 2 days, seriously damn chiong sia. now left consultation and maybe abit of editting then we're done. the movie is not bad, but the camera angles make me damn dizzy, esp. we sitting at 4th row. tomorrow got consultation, hope mr ken would like our film. ^^ i just finished LIUYONG YAY. and i done packing my chem file, debby says she chucked 1 of my practical ws down the bin, no wonder i only have 8 practical worksheets out of 9. tsk. sian.

our idmi film, use 2 days to refilm, add effects, and finish. woah seriously damn chiong and imba...although some parts does not make sense, but still it's quite funny. ^^ so today can go celebrate with IDMI GROUP!!! GOING TO WATCH TRANSFORMERSSS (:

Sorry never post for 2 days...these few days reach home so late, damn cui sia. thursday PE we play floor ball ^^ actually quite fun de I see the other all-boys court playing, coz I join the all girls group, siva make us join de zz. thursday is the longest day, lesson end at 4.15! ._. it was crazy, geog was last period and everyone was dying. aft sch stay back play ball and slack around...

Friday 11.45 end lesson alr, then ken say our la film damn cui, so we refilming everything, hopefully can chiong haha. after sch juz keep playing ball, and wts man YOUTH DAY IS CHANGED TO NORMAL LESSONS. so sian. thought can slack 1 week sia. I still havent do liu yong and hand in my chem file and la essay and physics paper. all forget to hand in =.= sure minus hell lot of marks already.

Today went to school to re-film stuff, super cui. com lab not open, library not open, classroom not open, everything not open la. zzz. in the end cannot even film anything at all haiz. then after that went to eat pizza with wenky and yulong we eat hell lot of food sia, 90 bucks worth of food -.- yulong come my house we chiong 4 hours of editting TWO scenes, seriously we never slack at all sia..spent so much effort on editting the video. haiz, tomorrow still doing IDMI, then monday also IDMI...it's super chiong.

Today was quite fun ^^ first was maths, nothing much just that we told mrs phua that she look like a beaver. O_O then after that was recess. L.A also nothing much, coz Mr ken just come in and talk about macbeth all the way, I haven even read the book -.-

PC was fun, coz mr lee show us the pictures he took when he went to certain countries, then the whole PC period was just used for that lol. chinese damn joke...i sit at the outcasted spot at the bottom left corner of the claz, coz yulong and wenkai took my seat, then timothy keep laughing at me for no apparent reason lol.

Physics just went through assignments, then bio got new teacher called mrs lim, i think her teaching not bad, she can teach sia. but the problem is that she very fierce sia, okay maybe she LOOKS fierce, her face always frowning, then she pronounce moodle as moodles, always like to add the "S" behind alot of things. lol then i think some people were laughing at her. o.o

LA lecture was the joke, coz apparently mrs kumaran tell the level, you all should take down notes, then she chiong the ppt slide, just talk 5 second and go next slide, somemore its a damn definition, so she said..

Today 2nd day of sch..first lesson is chinese, today XU teaches us a new method of how to greet him. and it goes like this.

lol then after that was recess, then maths, nothing much actually just more on trigonometry and stuff, chemistry was okay, but i think i asked mrs teng some dumb question. coz she write on the board the CA2 marking scheme, which is file check, test, then got smth i cannot see, coz chuanhui block. so I saw DMI, so i was like asking mrs teng wad the heck is DM ONE, then aft that i realised it's IDMI, wad the heck sia. zz.

Financial literacy we went to the maths room for lesson, then halfway timo and weijie went for AYG...actually today financial literacy was maths, lol. then mrs phua was talking about something about shares, when she said that she also play shares, so she started listing out her shares, then here goes..'

Mrs Phua: I have Citibank, I also have Intel, I also have SAC services.

LOL she pronounced it abit wrongly then everybody started laughing. then aft that was geog, this is the most OWNAGE part of the day, when lee tells everybody that nursery rhymes are sick and dirty..

Recently started playing dota RANDOM ABILITIES mode, lol those who dun play dota can skip. =) anyway it's super fun, imagine pudge with leap and lina with hook. esp when you have all passive skills or when you get all disable skills. ^^ kinda addicted to the map lol.

Today first day of school, go school at 8am for some admin stuff, then was maths, so cool sia Mrs Phua gonna LEND us graphic calculator for 1 and a half years, then we'll be the onli claz with graphic calculator, but sadly our test questions and EOY questions will be different from other classes. =( if not sure own the graph questions lol, coz graphic calculator can help you draw out the graph in a second. :)

Then after that was geog, do all the urban studies, then was physics, also never teach much just do mind map only. Then supposed to be ACE, but Mr Lee made mistake so geog again, zz. we did target setting then had lunch break then came back to share our targets. this is wad happened during lunch break and lesson.

Today went to school to mug with Yunen, Yulong, Chuanhui, then saw Qinting, Gabriel, Ziyi, Rason they all there doing IDMI. actually today was the deadline for the IDMI film, I think my group the film abit joke sia, needa re-film some next time.

Also, congratulations to myself, coz i finished all my homework except chinese LOL. i still haven't borrow the liuyong book, so i not gonna do chinese. after chiong finish geog essay went lan with ch and yl. lol yunen 1 person emo go home alone and fall asleep and miss her stop. go there play 3 game of dota, 2 lose and 1 dc. wth sia, seriously everytime got feeder in our team. kotl 0 - 10. the kotl whole game never talk de lol. then aft that ch go back home eat dinner, me and ding go katong laksa eat dinner, then i reach home 9.30.

One more incident I experience when I going home is that all the OLD people in singapore all got problem one sia. got 1 aunty sitting at the seat, then I was standing, I take out my earphone then it hit her. she look at me with that look like I just murder her son liddat sia, then somemore make some weird noise. then aft that, got one guy wanna alight, so i move backwards let him alight, then this old guy sitting down, I ACCIDENTALLY hit him, he stare at me with the face like I just murder his son also, then speak some malay vulgarity, then look front, then look at me, then say vulgarity, then repeat again. until I stare back at him, then he stop it. -.- aft that I saw one guy alighting than his bag hit that uncle again, then the uncle do back the same cycle again LOL, onli this time no guy to stare at.

Seriously sia they like got nothing better to do one, nothing to do then just stare at people, say some funny stuff. haiz. nevermind luckily he never do anything to me, if not i also dunno wad to do sia.

Yesterday was used for filiming IDMI, damn sian sia..i think nobody wanna do the editting, somemore have to hand in by friday. -__- but i think my chinese will be better than my l.a sia, looking at current results. everything now lies on mr ken, hopefully he will enjoy our film. ^^

Today went out to study with chuanhui yulong cheryl yunen, quite productive, i finished my l.a essay and also maths. now i'm left with geog and chinese. i haven't borrowed the book haha and I'm not even sure of what to do. nvm chinese GG le.

Anyway shooting results are out sia. damn shocking our school actually top LOL. that means get a chance to go finals. but girls team miss 4 points to get into finals heh. our school also nobody get into individual category. O_O anyway AYG has been scaled down, only SCs needa attend sia. heh.

Now singapore got 200 plus H1N1 cases already, everyday its adding 20 plus cases, and every week doubling/tripling sia. but why school still never close? nevermind it's a sad fact. haiz. tomorrow and friday cca cancelled, which gives me more time to do my homework YAY! ^^

yesterday went out to plae ball with jeff yulong and a few peeps. actually quite okay la, juz that I think didn't play enuff. today is monday I just slack at home and do nothing ._. today health minister announce that next week school will carry on as usual.

NOOO. and actually 89% of people think that holidays should be extended, but apparently the government didn't care. in the end the poll is just for fun because we had no say anyway. hm to think I was looking forward to the extended holidays.

well that just gives me less time to complete my homework. am still left with l.a essay, geog essay, chinese and a teeny little bit of math. i always do math and sciences first. i don't like languages.

apparently I can't look on the bright side because I just got banned on maple today for hacking! -.- blah maple sucks, now hafta go back to dota lol. shall game lesser these days as I have to chiong my homework, if not i'll get screwed on the 2nd day of school (since 1st day is AYG). hais. well, off to sleep now, since there's IDMI tomorrow. more filming and laughs heh.

lol so many things happened but i haven bother to post yet. hmm. tuesday went out with family to watch "land of the lost". ok la quite funny but then the graphic damn dog and disgusting. somemore the actors like to use vulgarities and touch here touch there. lmao. then wednesday to friday was claz chalet...

the first day we not many ppl came, but got alot of ppl sleepover. first day nothing much lo, just go around cycle, then play cards, talk, and psp mania. lol me and yulong at 2nd floor doing homework, at first got super good progress...then DEBBY come in. I 10 mins do 1 equation: "20/2 = 10". yulong 15mins do TWO chem mcqs. seriously la...she come in our hw disrupted. then in the end we gave up doing hw. aft that yulong nice nice treat us supper..budden come back tell me he outside tio gl. some no life ppl go say "woah, macdonalds ah! captain somemore! (coz yulong wearing captain tee)". nothing to do sia. then we also play shoot shag marry...the funniest thing is about yiqi.

then first day i slept for 1 hour, actually all of us tired le the girls still go play vball at 4am, then i play psp and slack. i 6am then sleep, the girls and yulong go watch sunrise..i 7am wake up. then 7am the girls and yulong start sleeping sia...damn imba.

2nd day more fun, coz mr tay come and play soccer with us~! and got more ppl come also. then we went to play soccer while the girls play vball. nothing much happen just that yiqi keep saying that he very pro coz he score alot of OPEN goals. we onli 3 ppl they 4 ppl then he just camp there, mr tay pass to him and he score. lol then he start showing off to ppl. hmm then at night went to watch movie "ghosts of the girlfriends past". quite nice not bad la...heard from other ppl it was not bad anyway. actually they wanted to watch drag me to hell but i small boy i scared marh. so they dun watch le lol psps =X. anyway the movie is damn porn, got alot of ways to jio girls sia, damn absurd. i think that show should be NC16 anyway. movie ratings suck. now all the nice nice movies NC16 le. oh and i forget that morning we went to ARCADE, then got some drama serial sia. debby's wallet got stolen but then she found back, with all the money gone. the girls actually went to call 999 sia, while me wenky yulong continue playing arcade LOL. like heck care man. wenxin tell us there was this guy wan to steal her wallet halfway she saw then she take back, uber and epic fail sia. then this is wad i heard during the convo between the police and debby. ^^

damn funny lol. then 2nd day i slept quite alot compared to first day, but chuanhui + 4 girls take the bed, yulong take the mattress, i took the floor. damn own sia the floor, super cold and hard. haizz. then we juz check out and go eat then went home. but aft that i went MP library to study with ym yulong fraser, then saw zw isaac gabriel there. seriously sia MP library cannot study de...always tio chased out by the staff. we went children corner also get chased out, go resource corner also get chased out..where they want us to study sia zz. should have went to T3 instead.

then today we went to play soccer at kemb..then got some malays ask us play with them they damn rough sia. they got studs we dun have, ask them dun slide they still slide. then they trip me then you know what they say?

Malay: Eh sorry ah boy, there got stone.

wow! i trip over a stone...very cool sia. then i fake him, he say "wa" then start clapping. seriously no life sia. and they push hoe shuen then elbow zw. make zw damn pissed. in the end 2nd half we go home liao dun wan plae with them. haiya they also not very good. no point anyway. now so late le...i think i go sleep, tomorrow still need finish my math hw. i still got l.a, chinese, geog, maths. chinese is the worst sia, i haven even borrow the stupid book. -.-

Yesterday my IDMI group members came to my house to do filming...yawns. The filming was quite okay la. but got alot of slacking in between lol. and noise pollution nearby my house. there was this household that was drilling and hammering on the second floor, super noisy. i think we're around half done with our film, just need to film a few more scenes and edit a little and we'll be done. (: well, life's been mundane these few days. no activities on for monday and tuesday. but i'll be going class chalet from wed to friday! well at least that's something to look forward to. hmm but i still haven't started on my homework. that's to say i have only 2 days of my holidays left to finish up my homework. haiz. anybody can lend me the chinese book that you're supposed to read? lol.

Passion

Well, here's to a more detailed post about STC @ Camp Resilience. Daring. Spirited. Passionate. I guess these 3 words that Gregory Sir said on the first day really spurred me on through the camp. With these 3 words applying to basically every activity in STC, I couldn't help but to keep thinking about those 3 words. Daring to overcome my fears, to be spirited by encouraging my group mates, and to be passionate about learning new things.

My last camp @ Pulau Ubin was short, yet it was long. The days passed quickly, but the things that I learnt definitely wasn't little. Honestly speaking, the camp wasn't what I expected it to be due to past year's experience with Area 5 ATC. However, I've learnt things that I didn't expect to learn through this camp.

From the scoldings during normal assemblies, to the jetty jump, to the fire-starting, to the shelter building, to the treasure hunt, to the area clean up, all these were valuable experiences that I've learnt.

Remembering the times that the CIs had to keep on reminding us, the hard way, not to fidget during flag raising or any activities, and how they cared for us if we were feeling unwell, I then realised that there is always a need to scold but only when necessary. I do not blame the CIs for scolding and raising their voice on us when they needed to, because some people, no matter how nicely you told them to do things, would never do anything. The only way you can get them to do stuff is by scaring them.

During the Jetty Jump, I did not have any problem in mustering courage to plunge down into the waters, however what did inspire me was how one of my groupmates who was so afraid of water managed to do it. She wanted to be the last to take the jump, yet she took enough courage into stepping onto the plank, and eventually jumping down into her deepest fear. But in the end, it was still those 3 words which really mattered. Daring. Spirited. Passionate. Those 3 words spurred her onto jumping into the sea, and to conquer her fears.

In the treasure hunt, no doubt the sun was scorching hot and the trek was very long. All of us endured. We made it in the end, as champions. Not only literally champions, but also champions in our hearts. Till now I still wondered how I managed to finish trekking that torturous route that we had to take. Maybe he was right, it was not the camp that had changed him, it was the people around him that had changed him. Having awesome group mates was actually a bonus to this camp, as I had actually expected to just stick to my friends then. But this team which I'm in, bonded together so quickly that even I was surprised. We had totally no arguments and I'm glad to say everybody was cooperative. What mattered was those 3 words again, Daring. Spirited. Passionate.

I will definitely remember the times where we put in our best, and also the times which we didn't. We disappointed not only our group CI, but ourselves. Not being able to adhere to the timing that was given to us, we were late. A privilege that was given to us but we did not treasure. However, we managed to redeem ourselves during the future activities. That was what mattered, that we put in our best after that, to redeem ourselves.

I will also remember the 17 people that were together with me for the 3 days. It is those people that helped me to endure and to encourage me. Over the 3 days, 18 strangers came together and were known as a group, put in their best for the team, and eventually became a great team. We were thrown, not in the most satisfactory conditions to live in, but we still managed to bring out the best in everybody.

As we sat together for the final group debrief, everybody knew that it was time to move on. It was quite an emotional debrief, because after the debrief, everyone would be moving on to their own directions, back to their own units, leading their own mediocre lives. Each and every one of the group members aspired me to become better, and it was definitely my honour to be able to be in the group. Because we will always be daring to try, spirited in our heart, passionate to learn. May the passion burn on!

(: well was rather bad, as in the living environment. but i guess i had fun, esp. the jetty jump. :D hmm my series of camps are over, finally i can enjoy my holidays! class chalet is coming up soon, am looking forward to that yeah. but holiday homework really dampens the mood. and IDMI too. ._. somebody help me do my homework? hahaha.

Well i'm back from SC camp, but I was supposed to leave tomorrow but since I have competition tmr, so yeah. And I won't be back till Sunday, I'll be in UBIN having STC. hopefully it'll be enjoyable and fun! :D well, competition is tomorrow, i'm so NOT ready for it. ._. k gtg sleep, wish me luck! (:

today was really great! group WOW improved tremendously and i'm sure we're all satisfied with their performance, and tomorrow will be an even better day! :D with the highlight of the day, the concert haha. this is the only picture i have right now, so yeah. well, hopefully tomorrow will be better! 3 more days till competition and STC. ._. i don't want to screw up for comp. :/

wooooo today was first day of PSLTC. it was not bad...however i think we were late for some stuff. hopefully tomorrow will turn out better. will post pix soon! my blog is like super boring and plain without any pictures yeah. YAY EVOLUTION 09! (:

open house today...see alot of funny and weird parents. alot of them ask about the work in dunman high, but of course i say good things =) and here goes the convos.

Me: Uh...nothing? I like the sch.
Parent: TEACHER come already you don't dare to say anything le?

seriously sia...abit the OWN. then after open house went for shooting, today shoot lousy..no more strength le la. competition is on friday, should be can la. then after that I wanted to go suntec for SC dinner, then it was raining. i chiong to the bus stop without umbrella and take the bus, reach there i start calling ppl nobody pick up. walk around no life, then finally somebody pickup. they tell me they going home le, nobody wanna stay. wow. then in the end i eat dinner with myself. seriously sia, even more own. i have to go do bio file liao, today never hand in. GG =)

today is EAT-WITH-YOUR-FAMILY day. and it became PLAY-BBALL-WITH-FRIENDS day. stayed till 8pm to play ball today, then my parents came to fetch me, yulong and wenky for dinner. today CCA released at 5pm, super early compared to other days. and first 2 periods of today which was CHEM was cancelled, since there was a principal's talk for the closing of the term. l.a we watched some shakespeares company show, damn funny, abridged version of the plays. then geog became spring cleaning, where everybody clean up and have fun getting their report books ^^ my GPA is average in the class, shan't say anything about it. however LEE is not happy with my l.a, coz i get a C. well shall try harder for l.a next sem. =)

today marks the end of interclass 2009 ^^ our claz girls got 4th placing and our claz guys got 3rd placing..not bad considering we got no girl bballers and we guys seldom play volleyball. during P.E we were like playing vball match and mr siva was like saying how we would get thrashed during interclass sia. l.a essay test...i did the peer pressure question. i think i wrote wrong stuff...i supposed to say parents give better advice than teens but i wrote the other way round. maybe my argument is strong enough? aiya my l.a is already a C, sian. during ACE the ghandi video make alot of ppl go into sweet dreams. then mrs kang go switch on the back lights...super bright cannot sleep le. as usual gabriel was gl-ed by mrs kang. nothing much to post about today.

WOW.

Recently everybody is obsessed with the word "wow". it's a super impressive word to use for any emotion, be it sad happy angry sarcastic or whatever. just a wow can shut people up and leave people in amazement. today went for shooting after CIP. traffic jam after that so I reached school at 7.30pm. then ran over to MACS to join yulong + 3K ppl for dinner. woah super fun and crappy. everyone contracted the WOW syndrome! Looks like H1N1 isn't the only disease spreading eh?
